Please note: if you installed pop-up blocker software, such as the Google Toolbar, you must disable it before trying to launch the webcast.

If you have any technical difficulties during the event, we will do our best to assist. You can enter your technical question in the Q&A box underneath the live feed of the program.

 

Continuing Professional Education (CPE)

As each topic is presented, there are polling questions that must be answered. These are necessary to confirm your eligibility to receive CPE credit. Failure to respond to the polling questions will impact the number of CPE credits received. Should all questions be answered, you will receive CPW credits.

You will receive an email with a link to access your CPE certificate approximately 24 hours after the event closes.

 

The video may appear choppy due to network congestion. You may get a better connection by:

  • Closing out of any programs and limiting or disconnecting other devices utilizing your internet connection or network
  • Disconnecting and reconnecting to your network
  • Utilizing an ethernet cable to connect directly into your modem
  • Moving your device, if utilizing WiFi, closer to your router
  • Checking with your service provider on any outages

 

Check to make sure your speakers are turned on and that the volume is at an appropriate level. Also check that the “mute” button is not selected in the video/audio window of the symposium.
